I offer a free 20-minute consultation by telephone or online.
This gives us the opportunity to discuss what you're looking for, answer any questions you may have, and decide whether we're the right fit to work together.
There is absolutely no obligation to continue afterwards.
Finding the right counsellor is important. That's why I offer a free initial consultation—so you can decide whether I'm the right person for you, with no pressure or obligation.
To secure your appointment, payment is required at the time of booking.
If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.
Unfortunately, cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances and at my discretion.
If I need to cancel your appointment, you will be offered either an alternative appointment or a full refund.
